Reconcile a quote against its drawing package, or a vendor acknowledgement against the quote, before you sign off.

A quote is always required. Provide a CET SIF export if you have one — it's more precise than a drawing PDF. Otherwise, provide at least one drawing/furniture-proposal PDF.
Acknowledgement PDF(s) REQUIRED
The manufacturer's order acknowledgement / OA (PDF), e.g. a Haworth acknowledgement. Add more than one if the order was acknowledged across multiple documents -- click "Choose Files" again to add to the list. (Haworth format is fully supported today; other manufacturers extract approximately.)
Quote file(s) REQUIRED
The emanage-generated, post-discount customer quote (PDF), a CET Bill of Material export (PDF), or a CET line-item export (Excel/.xls/.xlsx). Add more than one if this project's quote is split across multiple files -- click "Choose Files" again to add to the list.
CET Export(s) OPTIONAL, BEST
The CET export -- a .sif file or a CET OFDA .xml export (same data that feeds emanage). Exact quantities and finishes, no OCR guesswork. Add more than one if the project has multiple exports.
Previous CET Export(s) OPTIONAL
An earlier CET export (.sif or OFDA .xml) of the same job, if you have one. Adding this compares it against the CET Export(s) above and reports what changed -- added/removed lines, quantity changes, and finish/option changes -- so a revision swap doesn't slip past review unnoticed.
Drawing / furniture proposal PDFs NEEDED IF NO SIF
The CET-exported drawing package. Add as many files as the project has -- you can click "Choose Files" more than once, each selection adds to the list.
